I had gained Secondary Sechool Certificate from a school named Kadirdi High School. It is in our village more generally it is situated besides opposite of our house. A small river is blowing back side of the school & a long green ground infront of the school. What a beautiful environment to watch & enjoy it! Those were so beautiful & memorable days for me! How were your high school days?

I studied in Government High School, Malleswaram, Bangalore, 200 metres from my house. I could hear the ringing sound of the bell. After hearing the opening bell, I run towards the school to join for prayers. It was some 30 years ago. The school is built in stone masonry and it is solid and even today it looks unchanged.

In my old school too, the playground was very vast and it is difficult to play football, because from end to end if one runs after a ball, one would be exhausted in a few minutes time. Now 1/4th of the ground is covered with trees and another 1/4 with a garden. Now it seems quite nice, but earlier play ground, many teams used to play simultaneously like football in one corner, cricket in the middle, hockey in another corner - all mixed and one would be in confusion as to who are our players. But it was simply nice.

It was really too beautiful. Our play ground is not too large but large compare with others ground in my local area. Sometimes we played cricket & sometimes we played football simulteniously... & both of the place we remained constant.

So great you would here the ringing soun of the bell. It is really enjoying to hear the ring of the bell sitting one's home. I also enjoy the ring of the bell from my house but I would like to went school few minute ago. I think my school is still unchanged even some of new bilding have been construted that has increased the beauty of the school more. But the play ground has been reduced from before..

I studied in 2 schools when I was in high school, the first one was Naga City Science High School. It was a city sponsored school for 'scientifically gifted' students. Ours were the first batch, so we actually didn't have a campus of our own. We 'squatted' in another high school during the mornings and in an elementary school in the afternoon. We did have our own science and computer labs. After two years on that school I transferred to a Catholic high school in our small town. (i graduated elementary in this school too) From a rigidly scientific school, into a rigidly catholic school, I actually had more fun here, we might not have a very big campus, but the friends I made were more precious than the vista and education I got from the high school i first studied in.

First off, congratulations in obtaining your certificate in .. I hope you move on to greater things. For me High School went by too fast..It was full of studies..After School we either walked 2 miles home or caught a bus..most of time we walked. I was shy..so I really didnt get to know too many when I was in school;)

It was ok, I never really enjoyed it that much until the last few years though. But now since university started, I miss it even more than I have ever did. Looking back, school was great and if only I had made the most of my time there, things could have been so different now in terms of my education.

Hello nill_07, My primary school is situated in my hometown, to the south state that neighboring Singapore. I studied there for 6 years and then moved to secondary school in the middle of a small town. After two years studying there, I got an offer to continue my secondary education at a co-ed boarding school in another district but in the same state. I love the time when I was in all girls' school in my hometown. The school is situated a few kilometers from the main and only shopping complex in my hometown (this is the reason I love to shop till I drop *smile*) Nearby the school is a small man-made pond and a park where I used to go for jogging. Not far from our school is another all boys' school (hmm...love it so much..you must know why!) The most memorable moment during my schooldays is definitely here. Beside studying, I learned a lot about life and friendship here *smile*

My high school was located in my city itself, the DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL. I joined it after clearing my 10th class exams with a very good score.I'd taken up NON-MED (dropping BIOLOGY that is) in my 11th and 12th. I had to attend extra tuitions as well just to keep pace with other students who too were preparing for the competitive exams. Those 2 years spent in school were memorable, with FOOTBALL being my best ever memory over there :)
