How often do you clean out your belly button?

I clean my belly button out every time that I have a shower, I was once told that it was the dirtiest part of the body as sweat and other things could just sit in there and it grossed me out so much that I have cleaned it out every time that I have had a shower ever since!

I clean my alot as you can get bites in it that just drive you crazy so I make sure my belly button is clean If you have ever had a chigger or tick bite there you know just how it feels and as for the lint and stuff that is just like not cleaning out your dryer vent the skin needs to breath so keep it clean all the old sayings about touching it will cause other body parts to fwll off is just old sayings.Watch to make sure the kids wash theres.

Every time I shower. I take the washcloth and give it a good twist around in there! My mother once got a sore place in hers when she was in the hospital, because they never cleaned it out. Ouch!

LOL probably not as often as I should be cleaning it out. I do every now and then LOL eww I wonder if I am the only one to admit that haha!

Oddly enough, I don't get much "fluff" in my belly button! I suspect that it might be because until a few weeks ago, I had my belly button pierced, and so I cleaned the piercing every morning in the shower. But even now that the barbell is out, and the piercing is closed up, my belly button still doesn't seem to collect fluff. Now that I think about it, that's really strange!

Eherm!! What a interesting subject for a fruitfull, klever and sencible discussion. Lol. I love my belly button fluff so i sure do not clean my belly button on a daily basis. But every other day i will have a shower so that will be the time :)

I do not purposely clean out my belly button. So far, I have not found any belly button fluff as I take a shower everyday and I think that is sufficient to clean it thoroughly.

This a very odd topic to bring up and the title of it made me giggle. Truthfully, I only clean out my belly button when there is noticable dirt in it. My belly button tends to stay pretty clean.

hm.... mine doesn't get dirty i did not even know it could get dirty but i guess a daily shower takes care of mine so i do not need to clean it out
