Instead of roasting the marshmellows like we always do, we can make a delicious dessert out of them instead... This recipe is always on the menu for birthdays, especially for our children...
Ambrosia is made with whipped cream, yoghurt, marshmellows, fresh strawberries and chocolate chips...
Start by whipping the cream thick, then fold in your favourite choice of yoghurt, fold in marshmellows and freshly chopped strawberries, along with a handful of chocolate chips or crushed Flake Bar... Chill before serving or serve straight away...
A really nice treat, that children and adults like to eat... Its always gone in a blink...

I heard of this recipe. I believe I had it a couple of times, but it was years ago. I know it was delicious and I wanted to have more, but if I did, none of the rest of the people would have gotten any. This was before I had a weight problem.

Sounds delish! I'll have to try this out soon. Did you come up with the recipe yourself or is it just something you've always done?
