I have never used any live chat support before yester day. Even though I have mailed some webmasters to get help in some technical problem of some softwares. But last week my friend asked me to get a Ibal Robo 468 web cam driver from the inter net I have searched several times but not able to get the driver. Because he & myself was not aware that robo 468 web cam was the product of Iball . But yesterday we got the information & visited the Iball site. There I see the live chat support option & i have used it too. after clicing it took me to yahoo messenger & when I logged in I am able to chat with a support staff & tehy guided me to the driver link & I have down loaded the driver . Now the web cam is working perfectly.
