my favorite dish that I can cook very well is "adobo" I think it's a very popular dish here in our country,basically pork meat with soy sauce and some spices,vinegar,pepper,and onions. I try to at least cook it once a week..love it to the max..Got the recipe from my mom who was nad still a very good cook,I am making some changes on her recipe though,trying to experiment once in a while.

The favourite dish they like me to cook is always "Lasagne" and I will make this dish once a week or for every family get together as one dish our of many... The recipe for my "Lasagne" comes from a good friend of mine, who was kind enough to show me first hand, as she was cooking this dish for her family on one of my visits to her home...
