What kind? Do you use it on a regular basis or only when you think you need it?

Absolutely, It is a must if you want to have soft and great skin. I apply lotion after shower to seal in moisture, and before i go to sleep.
When i was a kid, i had a bad and scaly legs. Lotion and oils help rejuvenate and moisturized my skin.I love Jergen's and Nivea Milk lotion. If i run out of lotion supply i use petroleum jelly to moisturize and make my skin, soft and supple.

I use lotion every day as well. I have heard that nivea is a good product, when I run out of my current stock I may just try it ;)

I love Dove Cool Moisture lotion - especially if I have a little bit of sunburn. It isn't greasy and it smells really good. I hate it when the lotion leaves a greasy or perfume smell. I like a nice clean smelling lotion.

yeah I definatly hate the whole greasy feeling as well. It's like you can't get your lotion to 'rub in' because of it. Ugh
I like a clean smelling lotion but I have some light perfumey smelling (note: not the knock your boots off) ones for certain days. But I don't wear body spray/perfume or anything like that.
