Are you a morning person or an afternoon or evening person? I find that I've changed over the years. I used to be very much a morning person and although I still find it easier than most of my family to get up in the morning I now find myself definitely preferring and feeling more alive in the evenings.

I am definitely NOT a morning person...never have been. When I lived at home, my mom always thought I was mad at her in the morning because I didn't talk. It was just because I don't like to get out of my nice cozy bed. I'm still not fond of mornings, but I have young children, and when they get up - I get up. They are "morning people" just like my husband. But my husband leaves for work around 3am (which to me is not morning but the middle of the night! LOL) I would much rather stay up watching TV or reading a book. It is how I unwind from my day and the house is always quiet.

I used to be a morning person untill I stoped working so now i can sleep in and stay up later in the night, I dont like early morning appointments because its hard for me to get moving.I find I have the most energy in the afternoons and early evenings, I do stay up late most nights untill 1 am so i guess I am an afternoon person.

i am an afternoon person... i think im more alive in the afternoon... i easily catched up with things and ideas... we have a shifting schedule in our work, sometimes im scheduled in the morning, afternoon, or night... i always felt sleepy in the morning but in other schedules, i dont.. even when im still studying, sometimes i'm caught up sleeping in the room... my instructors sometimes said i should have brought with me my bed and pillow, they said im a sleepy head, morning beauty, etc etc... i just can't help myself

I have changed too. When I was little, like between the ages of 0-10 I was a morning person. I got up at like 6 or 7 in the morning and went around waking everyone else in the family up. Now, I'm an afternoon/night person who loves to sleep in till at least 11:00.

Since having children I'm definitely not a morning person anymore. There's too much to do in the mornings for me to enjoy it let alone be in a good mood. I'm more of an afternoon person I think now as I'm more chilled by then and then when the evening gets here I'm too tired to have too much enjoyment most of the time.
