Those were my own pet peeves when I was in the work force. What are yours?

I would have to say that talking with a loud voice is top of my list, coupled with incessant talking. One woman I worked with once was a very nice lady but she never shut up. I realize her talking was due to anxiety. It was a way of relieving her stress but it put a lot of that stress on the rest of us because she never stopped and of course she had great pipes which meant she had a loud voice. She also loved to eat. Even that didn't stop her from talking. Unfortunately, it only added more sounds to her voice.

I have a friend who bores me with his talk.. That annoys me a bunch though I dont stop him....

Personally, some of my Pet peeves are:
People who talk loud when answering the Phones and I can hear them.
People who act like they know everything, and never can admit to mistakes.
People who show up anytime they want too and miss a lot of work as well.
People who just do not care about anything or anyone.
People who constantly are misusing the equiptment, etc. and do not seem to care.
As I am a Call taker for a Taxi Company and take calles for people needing a cab and input the information via a phone and computer into the system things like this are VERY annoying, and sometimes I only wish they could see just how annoying they are and be able to work on changing some of these things as well.

I had a co-worker that constantly made popcorn, and unfortunately she burned it at least half of the time. When she didn't burn it the smell of popcorn made me hungry, but when she burned it, it was an awful stench. The loud voices really bothered me too, especially when it was a private conversation that should have stayed private!

The lady that I work with is very disorganized and it drives me crazy!! I can't stand that she can't file papers away when she reads them so that we can find them the next time that we need them. I also hate the fact that she doesn't ever remember where she has put anything that we need or why things aren't done because she can't find anything.
