A hope for my country...Philippines. Do you still have one for your country?

In my case, the Philippines is having a hard time now---with a government filled with corruption, cheaters and liars, poverty all over the place, prices of product going higher and higher, and worst of them all, a lot of my fellow Filipinos either working or migrating abroad.
With a country like this, some people can't help but lose hope for it, and so just leave to escape the sufferings.
But I, on the other hand, do not lose hope for the Philippines. And I do not plan to leave it behind, and plan on helping it rise back from its sufferings.
I believe that as long as there is ONE person still believing that the Philippines still has hope to recover from its hardships and sufferings, I will stay here and help that one person in making my country a better place. I know that I can contribute to it, no matter how small or big the contibution. As long as there is still a small hope, it is still a good hope for the Philippines.
In this case, I know there are only little people left who believe that our country can get better. But isn't it true that big things start out small, and are done with perseverance and patience?
I think this can be done not only in my country, but other countries who are having a hard time now.
I know that this hope will mostly start from us young people. I just hope that this young people, especially the Filipinos, still believes in their own country.

Always good to have hope, never give up :-) I don't really need hope for my country, everything is pretty great here :-)
