since i study geology i find them both fascinating :D. but as far as jewelery goes i am sticking with silver. i was never really fond on gold... with the exception of white gold i like that :D

i agree with you (well it is harder to find though, looking through economical value i guess it is underrated) as a jewelery i just do not feel comfortable wearing gold, it just does not suit me i guess.

There are both great metals, but since silver is cheaper and i'm on a budget, I would say silver now

I love gold..!! In apperals..!! May be because of my skin colour golden colour really suits my skin ..!! I just love weraing gold it makes me feel good and happy..and also rich..!! :)

I like gold when compared to silver. Value wise gold is much better. It is tradition that every Indian housewife or woman would like to have as much gold as they can in the form of ornaments. It is believed India has one of the biggest gold reserve in the world in the form of ornaments.

im like you, i generally prefer silver. However, I only ever buy it in Egypt as i find the jewelry that best suits my style is found there so I dont get much but when i do its is always beautiful Egyptian silver blessed be

When I was young it was always gold but then I hit my thirties and I realised that silver was a lot prettier and less flashy! xx

I'd rather wear silver than gold. It looks much better, and not tacky. Also, it doesn't attract snatchers (or muggers) here in our city. LOL.

I used to only wear gold then for some reason I changed to silver. I think it was because when my hair turned silver it matched better than gold. I still have all my gold jewelry so perhaps one day I'll change back again.
