Need a new cell phone, an suggestions?

I'm looking into getting a new cell phone. A "pay as you go" is all I want and need. But I would like it to have ring tones and caller ID, those are the only 2 things I feel are a must. It's just for business reasons and just in case. Please don't post links but actual brand names. I like to do my own hunting for the best possible deals. And, being the freebie queen I am, I'm sure I can find it for cheap plus it's a tax write off for my business. Any suggestions would be helpful.
