how long will it take you to build a perfect body?

i,ve been going for eight months 3 times a week and it's just starting to show the best thing to do would probably take crash weight gain and go three times a week but if you are skinny just do 5 minutes of cardio to warm up the muscles then do th weightlifting and you should get the results you want but it takes time

yeah i think so.. actually i'm reading magazines like men's health & muscle & fitness and they are giving me the same idea just like what you said, but at least it's 30 mins. workout a day, though. =:D

sounds gonna work, except the last part. never sleep when ur stomach is full... if u wanna wake up again
