I'm going to be in the dark

Hi inked4life! I don't like storms either especially when the power/electricity is cut off. I guess, you could try yoga and meditate with all the candles around you. Who knows, you might open your third eye and levitate. Whooow, that would be really something!

I think if the power does go out, you should go all old fashioned on us, and write everything on paper, with a pen. *gasp*! Of course, that will mean you'll have to type everything that you wrote when the power comes back on, but it could be entertaining!

We had a storm last night that knocked our power out. Not fun not being able to do anything and have two small children that is upset because they are scared. To top it off, our oldest accidently let the pup out and my husband to chase after her in the rain. It finally came back on after being off for 30 minutes. Which isn't bad, we had lost power before for almost 5 hours. Then today was even worse. Our outside patio cover kept trying to fly away, that was fun fighting the wind and rain to fix it.

Well inked, plan now! Grab a few candles and matches, a couple of your favorite brews, a good book or magazine and enjoy the quiet! Make sure your ipod is charged...you should be set! I often enjoy sitting in our florida room and watching the storm! I'll even open some windows so that I can see and smell the storm too! Storms are cool!

AH I hear ya I hate storms myself. Hopefully you will not lose power and be left in the dark. It's not so much the dark I hate it's not being able to connect to the internet you know? Good luck.

Well good thing you loaded up the batteries on that puppy. I guess it will be time to type away discussions. I say make sure you check mine out. ahahahaha, anyways. On the serious side of things, I hope nothing too bad happens and that the storm doesn't hit bad. good luck and be safe!!
