Meredth's relationship with her father

I hated to see the last scene between Meredth and her father. I was kind of hoping that they would get to know each other.

I know, I saw only part of that episode, but it was really sad. I kind of thought all along that he would just push Meredith farther and farther away. The only daughter that he has ever really been involved with is Merediths' stepsister. But, who knows what will happen in the next season, you never can tell.

One of the pre-season teasers shows Lexy Grey introducing herself to Meredith as her sister. Hopefully that will be interesting. I would be so disappointed if Meredith just mutters the denial line. I am hoping that somehow Meredith can have some type of relationship with her father. I thought that Meredith's stepmom fessing up about keeping her Dad away from her was pretty interesting. Unfortunately, they killed her off!
