what is the proper way?

ppl are using internet for different purposes these days,could anyone tell me what should be the proper way to surf internet?we shouldnt make ppl fool by offering differnt services which are not real. am i right? plz discuss.

Yes you are right of course. But as long as someone can make money off of someone else they will. Your best defense for this is to always be sceptical. If it seems to good to be true it always is. If it is a money makeing program it more than likely will make someone else money but not you. It is always easy for people to fool trusting people. Be a bit more sceptical and they may not get you.
