I regret not going on to secondary education right after high school - I went and worked and although I returned to school at 27 I feel like I'm behind. I went to college for 9 months - fast track certificate and got a good job. For the last 3 years I have continued my education by online courses and distance training and I don't know if I'll ever stop! You can never know too much and you should never pass up an opportunity for more education.

Education is something that is always with you. You use your education every where you go when you communicate with people. Education changes one's views, beliefs, thought, opinions and helps you live a safer and much happier life. Education changes one's character completely. It enables the mind to think to a bigger extent I am a studying student and I have seen the impact of education on my life. I am trying my hardest to stick with it and keep on continuing to benefit from it.

Welcome to myLot, as this appears to be your first discussion. Education made me very self-confident, and it also gave me a better understanding of how to overcome adversity. I learned that what happens to us is not as important as how we react to what happens. A very good description of the benefits of education can be found in this familiar expression:
Give a person a fish, and that person can eat for one day, but teach a person how to fish, and s/he can eat forever.

Education has done a lot, not only to me, but most of all to may parents. It has sort of improved our financial status. Education has given me a lot of opportunities and chances. It has given me chances to meet many people, and most of all it has shaped the person that I have become. Well, at least education has done the bigger part of it.
