I think that as long as her heart is in the right place, it's a wonderful thing for the baby to have such an advantaged life. I think it would be wrong for a celebrity, Madonna or anyone else, to adopt just for the publicity value. Being a parent, adoptive or otherwise, is such a tremendous responsibility. You should only do it if you want it with your whole heart and soul.

I agree, if her heart is in the right place then kudos to her for giving a child love and such a good life to come. I think she's calmed down enough to be able to handle being a parent..doesn't she alrdy have a kid?? Anyway what business is it of ours when a celeb. adopts a baby? That's not exactly news worthy.

I think it is great and opens up avenues for regular people to adopt needy orphans themselves. It's crazy. There are orphans all over the world and so many infertile couples, at least in the U.S. Why do they not consider adopting orphans?

Well, its great that she is able to help out a child who is less fortunet thean others, but we her in the States have many children in the same situation. Why is she looking out of her own country? I dont mind her but she needs to look in the box.

It is always in the news when a celebrity adopts a baby. I think that the baby is better of with madonna. Because the parents are poor and cant look after the kid. Thats at least what I suppose. I think it is ok. But there are many people that whant to adopt and have to waight for over a year. But I also think that madonna has paid more for the kid.

i don't know what to think of it,it's all strange to me how she could pay out all that money to a country for a child anyways
