Should e-gold batch number be kept confidential?

In forums such as money maker group, people may paste their proofs of payment, which include their e-gold number and batch number. Some people said it is not a good idea to make your e-gold account number known to public since hackers may try to hack your e-gold account. How about batch number then? Should this information be erased when I pasted my proof of payment? Can people calculate my e-gold account number by the batch number? I saw some people erase e-gold number only, some erase both, and some don't erase at all. I don't know which one is the best.
