The latest movie that I watched is Harry Potter 5. I watched it two weeks ago with my brothers.:) The effects are great! But I suggest that you read the book first before watching the movie.:) Reading the book will help you understand better the scenes in the movie.
How about you, what's the latest movie that you watched? (",)

my recent movie was spiderman3 after that i have been so busy that i don't find time to meet my friends, but the movie is great cause firstly it has been directed very well than the previous one and for the first time we see spider man using web bombs, the special effects especially were really amazing one that i didn't like about story line was that why does MJ have to always move away from peter and then after a smooch or some thing like that she comes back it has happened in the first two parts and the same has been carried over again even in the third part, they are bringing down MJ's image as a person whose mind is not set. Thats one thing I dint like at all other wise peters attitude change was brought out really well.

Was that the way they portrait MJ? Hmmm.. Was MJ's characted in the comic book the same as that in the movie?

I just saw Harry Potter 5 on Tuesday. I love it, too. But it's way different than the book.

I watched Three Colours Blue yesterday and it was a very moving film, but then I am a real fan of French films. I am now waiting for the second in the series to watch as it is a trilogy.
I am ashamed of myself though. I am a member of Amazon DVD rentals and it has taken me 11 months to get round to watching it. I could have bought the film 10 times over. This has to be the most expensive film I have ever seen, but it was worth the wait!!LOL

Hehe... What was Three Colours Blue all about? I don't know how to speak French, nor understand it. But I'll looooove to learn about the language. :)
One time, I watched The Holiday on DVD. I never thought it was in French. (My friend was the one who bought it.) I just try to understand the movie through the scenes (but I never really get it.) LOL hehehe...

Thank you for sharing! ^_^

I watched Harry Potter 5 and Transformers on the internet. I wish i can go to theater. My bro and sisters saw them on theater. Nothing can compare to watching it on the big screen. These are great movies.
However, i rather suggest you watch the Harry Potter movies first before reading the book, that is if you haven't read the book, because if you read first, then you will be disappointed. The book is really really great and very detailed. The movie, they edited some great events because of the time frame. You really can't expect to see the entire book adaptation in a 2 hour movie.

Hmm... I think it's a choice: whether to read the book first then watch the movie or vice versa. Well, everybody is entitled to his/her own opinion. Yes, I agree. They edited the movie. I even heard that if followed everything in the book, the movie will last for 10 hours! (I'm not sure if it was just exaggeration.) LOL :))

Hi Rittings! I respect your opinion that you hate Harry Potter. That's your stand. Hmmm... The Pick of Destiny, It's my first time to hear about the movie. Can you tell me what it is all about?
Yey! Fantastic Four is really great! I really love Jessica Alba! hehe.. I always watch her tv series entitled Dark Angel. :)

Hi youless! I'm really frustrated that I wasn't able to watch Spiderman 3. My guy bestfriend and I decided to watch it over the weekend, but our plans failed. *huhu* I really want to watch it on the big screen.
Wow! Your sister-in-law is such a thoughtful lady. I wish, someday, when I get married, I'll also have accommodating and thoughtful in-laws. :)
Have a great day and God bless you and your family! (",)

Hello sr0415! The last movie I watched was the same as you.. I watched it on its opening day. You're right, (or watching part 5) is needed for you to understand the movie. There are so many things I was looking forward from the book that wasn't in the movie (like Firenze and his divination class.) But all in all it was great in terms of effects and sets.

The last movie I watched was "John Tucker Must Die." I found it really funny, especially since I don't normally go for easy-to-watch films like that. It made me laugh out loud a lot.. it's about these girls trying to get revenge on this sleazy guy. You should watch it! I have to admit I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan, anyway! I've only seen the first film. x

It takes a while to get good movies around these parts where I live that's why my netflix Q has so many listed that I receive older movies like new ones to me.. if this makes any sense. Any way.. the latest movie I seen was last night.. "Premonition" with Julian McMahon and Sanda Bullock. This movie was actually quite good, good enough for me to watch again before I ship it back. I do however like the "alternate" ending much better than the one they chose to use, this keeps the movies open to your imagination as well as to possibly making a 2 if they like.
