MyLot earnings - Please clarify!

I posted two 2 discussions and responded 3-5 times the other day. I saw my earning go from $0 to $0.05 so I thought to myself, not bad. Today, I posted 3 discussions (at least I think), responded to at least 5 discusssions, wrote numerous comments under my discussions and I still continue to get responses from the one discussion I started yesterday. Obviously, I did better today than the other day. I see to it that my discussions, comments and responses are substantial not one liners. However, my earning has remained to be at $0.05, do you guys have any thought on this? And if you have earned something, does your earning automatically get updated or do i have to wait? For how long?
