Tumeric

I read somewhere that Tumeric is considered a wonder medicine because it can help heal many diseases like acne, skin problems, some minor stomach problems. I am considering using it to help heal my acne. Anybody here who have used Tumeric before to treat acne? Was it effective?

I use it all the time ..it is very good also for the flow of qi and blood circulation..so it kind of gives the body a good jumpo start too. I know it also benefits and strengthens the heart too.I can't live without it and now even my Chinese Hubby gets it to put it in his rice when I am away...because we live apart but together..that really sucks..hence I am working hard for a solution!!
