E-Gold charges be fees when I get payment from some web site.
I have not receive any payment to my pay-pal account, so I would like to ask if it is the same as E-Gold or not.

I have never had any charges made to my PayPal account when receiving funds, although some sites do make a charge to you to cover the alleged charges they incur in sending the funds to your account.
If you withdraw funds from your PayPal account below a certain limit then they will make a charge. I use mine as a savings scheme so any payments I receive from this or any other site accumulate until I am above the withdrawal limit for being charged.
Hope this helps.

Yeas Pay-Pal also charges for any transaction that is made. Also it do not have fixed charge all the time. They often have pre mentioned terms with some sites according to which they deduct. Best id if you have a friend in US then you can transfer your account balance in his bank as transaction is free in US as far as I heard but not confirmed. You can mail to paypal for details.

I don't think so. That pay pal charges for trnasactions made?? I haven't charged a penny till today.I had recieved funds many times but they didn't charge anything.
But if you don't have a credit card or haven't yet verified your card details to pay-pal you will be charged if you want to request a cheque.
