do we have to say sorry??

I think people should only say sorry when they mean it. If you don't mean, you shouldn't say it. If you believe you have done something wrong that hurt someone emotionally or physically, that is the time to say sorry them. I think most people know when to say sorry, they may not always say it though. There is no point in saying sorry to someone if you don't mean it. ~Joeys wife.

Sorry ,but I couldn't understand what exactly you want to know;) . there are several occasions when we have to say sorry but it strictly depends on the occasions how to say it,IMO:).
