Tupac and mixed messages?

Tupac often was asked by people (for example during interviews) about his "mixed" messages. Some of his lyrics promote love, forgiveness and harmony; some seem more the eye-for-an-eye type. He uplifts women (Keep Your Head Up) and at the same time has called some women ho's and b's. What do you think of these mixed messages? Do you ever find it confusing on where he stands on certain issues, or does it make sense to you?

Tupac was a POET. He lived the words he wrote, can I say he "copped the feel"
of everything he sang? Sure, he used slang terms, just like he got high to
help him feel many things. The dude knew the street life, the gang life and told his audience to ask for forgiveness so many times. He tasted the best and worse things life had to offer.
Mixed emotions sum this man up.
Listen to Unconditional Love - the man knew his time was near!
Hail Mary!
My daughter was asked who she would like to meet most in life and she said,
"God and Tupac"
