In the first place, I do not sit idle when I have depression mood. I tell my mind that I get over this situation. I meet a lot of friends whose inspiring talk removes atleast 50% of depressive moods and thoughts and I engage myself in some work or the other. I keep looking for making small successes in many smaller jobs and each success achieved, remove the layers of depression. I also do meditation, feeding my mind with positive thinking.

I cry, and then cry some more, watch a more, and get to the point where I just can't function anymore. I was that way this past Sunday. I don't have a close friend I can call to talk to, or go out with, its like I'm all alone. And that's more depressing.

When I am depressed I walk and walk! I bet I have clocked in hundreds of miles. I walk and I think. I try to work out the problem which has gotten me down. AS I walk I think of all the people who care about me and all the people I care about and sooner or later I turn back towards home, calm and not depressed anymore.

i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

I always go to the kitchen and look for something to cook and eat. That's why you can tell if I am depressed if I eat too much and if I am getting fat lol! I wish I do not do it but that's my outlet eating. I also let myself cry and meditate about what life. I also try to get in touch with my close friends and talk with them and go out for shopping that usually leads to eating to fast foods lol!

I eat a lot of sweets. Ice creams and chocolates are my favorite.
