I have seen lots of homeless people in my life. these people come from different background and all walks of life. Sometimes these people are given the chance to live in a home and take on responsibilities. 9/10 of these people end up homeless again within 6 months. I do believe that they are to blame for their homelessness. There are several reasons for this. Mental instabilities, problems stemming from childhood, and my favorite, Governmental trust. these come home from wars and cannot cope with society, they will always have problems keeping a home, some disapear in to the mountains and woods. They prefer to live off the land. In their case it is the Governments fault. There are more classes of homeless too. These are the common.
