Vacation 2007 - Virginia Beach

So I was wondering if any of you have been to Virginia Beach, and yes that's in the United States. If you have then let me know how it is. I know we will be going to both Virginia Beach and Busch Gardens, but what else is there. And if you have any tips on what hotels not to go to, then that would be great.

It's been awhile since I've been to Virginia Beach, but I've been there. It was nice, the beaches were clean and there were some fun activities in the area. Busch Gardens is also awesome. have fun.

Thanks. I am actually going there next year, I meant to type 2008 but oh well, haha. I live in south carolina, so I am definitely looking forward to going to a different beach. I'm a beach bum as it is, so I know I will enjoy it. As for the rest of the family, that's why we are going to Busch Gardens, haha.

hey I live in Virginia BEach! yea the beach is pretty cool just don't expect very big waves! Busch Gardens is awesome but i havent been on the new ride.

Yeah, the Griffon looks really cool. That's actually why I wanted to head up that way. I love roller coasters, and needless to say when we went to Michigan Adventures I was kind of depressed. As far as beaches go, I live a few miles from three of them. I live in South Carolina and Folly has got decent waves as far as when it's storming. So if I were looking for waves I'd stay at home. More like going for the beach atmosphere: clubs, drinks and bodies. And I expect we will have a great time.
