advantages of video games

hello frnds! i today wanna discuss abt video games and their advantages. do u think videogames are really helpful for technical development of mind specially for the growing kids?are there any disadvantages of videogames?plz discuss

theres educational games thats an advantage and the disadvantageof it is the violence

I think there are a lot of advantages with video games if we don't over-do it. Some games train us with better and faster responses and I think that's training our brains to act more quickly to the surroundings. Some RPG games encourage us to think and complete missions and stuff and I love those because I think my brain is really being stimulated from the scenes and trying to solve the missions/ puzzles. I love video games in general, especially when I am bored, but I don't sit there for hours and indulge myself in it. I usually play around 2-3 hours and that's it, I will leave it to the next day.
