No I have never heard of anything like this before.. Poor child wont be able to eat good foods I mean he won't be able to chew very well thats for sure unless he gets dentures or something.. Hopefully there is something they will be able to do for him..

i suppose dentures would be the option i hope he wins so he can afford them. i was trying to think how many dentures he would have to get until his mouth stops growing u would have to be fitted for a new set of dentures every year i would think. it would be quite horriable for the child to wait until he is an adult

That would be my guess too, Unless he goes with out them until he becomes an adult but that would still be hard for him.. I mean I'm sure kids would tease him because of it.. I hope he does win too for the sake of his child.. This is a very interesting story though.. If you will keep us posted on this... Happy Posting!

i know, i think its weird more than anything i mean he will have to have dentures like lilac mentioned but to enjoy food until he does get them. just strange to me

i thought thats what he will have to do and many sets of dentures will he go through before he stops growing i wonder? it also makes my belief that children choose there parents to help them through life. i mean if a child was going to have this issue travis as we see him is obviously the one who will help him deal with it with his lovely and laid back nature.

I had never heard this. I just saw some babies ages more than a year who had no teeth yet but will sprung later. It made me think of my niece who will be a year old this coming month and no sign sign yet of teething. I poray this will not happen to her.

i would assume that it would be a 1 in a million kind of condition, i don't know for sure, but its definatley one of those little things we take for granted
