This is just for fun....Not including the dog that you already have, because Im sure that you love them to death anyway...But if you could make the perfect dog for you, What would it be, look like, personality, size...
Be as wacky or honest as you like...And what would you call it ????
For me I am Bias for Doberman's ...But I would make a dog the size of a Great Dane, colour of a Dingo (sandy), temperament of Doberman....And I would call it a Great Blonde Dobe ...LOL..(Gee that was creative)...

Very creative! i must say. The way they are mixing dogs these days, this might just happen.haha. I like dobermans and i also like labradors. Dont know if this would make for an interesting mix, but it would be loyal and hopefully placid. It could be a dodoor. Next door has a moodle. It is a cross of maltese and mini poodle. Its name is noodle. Hes real cute.We got a new pup, he is a labrador cross rotti. He cute too
Best wishes calais

I would like a dog that has the temperment of a Labrodor, the body shape of a Jack Russell, but with the long coat of a maltese/shitzu.
What would I get out of that??
We are going to mate my female mini fox terrir with my cousins shitzu. I wonder what the puppies will look like?

I love all dogs, and have no favorite. However, cats are my very favorite of animals. I have two. I tend to name them according to their personality. One of them is called Sweetie Pie Trouble. Says it all right there.

The perfect dog for me would be one which is trained to use a toilet rather than pooping everywhere. lol
While the doberman is a beautiful dog... I had a personal experience while playing with one which has led me to have a trusting issue with them. Then again... I could be wrong.
I always had a soft spot for the German Shepherd. But these days... I sort of feel that it is inappropriate for the australian climate... because of its long hair.
But a police train German Shepherd with a personality disorder could be fun. See movie "K-9". lol. I would call it Jack... As Jack is my new hero after having just watched the six complete seasons of "24".
Border collie are nice looking dogs too... but it seem a bit stupid and a big sook.

Hmm... the perfect dog. I guess the perfect dog would keep himself clean and not drool all over the place. He'd love to curl up on me when watching tv and while giving himself a bath, he'd give me sweet scratchy little kisses. He'd be able to climb trees and play on the carpeted tower I have. He'd potty in a box so I wouldn't have to worry about taking him out. He would be able to make nice rumbly noises to let me know how happy he is to be with me, and would NEVER bark. He'd never knock anything off the coffee table with a wildly waging tail, but would hold it high in the air and flicker it side to side as if he were waving to me.
All in all, the best dog would be a KITTY!!!!
Sorry, I know that wasn't what you were looking for.

That was very creative..How long did it take you to think that up?.."laughing*...just kidding..give me a minute...I'm thinking...Akita, brown, big, mellow temperament and I would name him Yoshee...That sounds like the dog we have now..same name and everything...sorry...can't think outside the breed...LOL..This was a tough question and I am not as creative as you are....I like big dogs, and dogs that don't roll their eyes at me when I am talking to them..Yes, mine roll their eyes at me...I'm hopeless...

All dogs are fairly cute in their own way, however whatever it is made up of the perfect dog is one that I could play with and enjoy the company of without having to actually take care of it. I am not one to pick up poop.

There is a breed cocapooterrier yes it is to me a mutt but some consider the mixed breed of cockerspaniel and poodle aka cocapoo, a breed then began breeding this dog with terriers, making the cocapoo terrier. While I would not pay over 300 dollars for a dog, I do think that this is one of the best breeds, no sheeding thanks to the poodle gene pool, family oriented thanks to the cocker spaniel, but with the mix of the breeds makes the dog less high strung than the cocker spaniels, or terriers.
The temperment is great, gentlest dogs however I would love him to have the personality of a dog I had years ago which was great and that dog was mixed breed of shepard and collie,
I would want him to be have more of the height that the collie has, since these dogs are usually on the size of a small terrier, with the long body that the collie has so they have that range of movement, maybe add a mix of the rotweiler with the larger chest span, and with the rotty mother hen qualities, and a face head shape that is like the chocolate lab, hmm ok coat should be like a chocolate lab they are so pretty. Not sure what such a mish mash mixture would be called. Chocolate Terrier Poo seems a bit wrong some how.
LOL hmm though that Great Blonde Dobe sounds sweet too.

I would like a dog with the temperament of a Labrador. She would have a have a lovely color: red like a red setter, white with black spots all over or a dappled sort of gray. She would have the coat texture of a poodle and her fur would not molt. She would be about the size of Boxer. She would love going out for long walks and be very well behaved.

I don't own a dog, Calais, but if I could create my own he (or she) would be a mixture of a Chocolate Lab and a Chow. I really like both breeds. I would call it a Chowcolate Lab, LOL.
