If you are having trouble with your PC and is giving error messages. Don't panic, just copy the error message, (even partial message will do) which was displayed and just do a search using Google within quotes. Eg.: "Your system is low on virtual memory." And you will find solutions for that issue discussed on the result pages and follow those guidelines given accordingly to sort that issue. I have done so for all computer issues and rectified it without even going to a tech person to do it.

This is a good tip and I always do the search like that when I don't know what to do. For example there a lot of people like me who don't know how to remove WMP from windows XP completely. Then a search like "Remove WMP from windows XP" will be helpful for getting rid of that worst creature out of XP permanently.
