Don't get it from the streets or from someone you don't know. Get it from someone you know if you can but if not when you get look at it and smell it to see if it is laced and if you can't tell get someone else that you trust to take a look at it.

I think it depends on whether you have an addictive personality or not. As a whole I wouldn't recommend it.
