When you relax, is really relax? Is it called relax ?

Due tired,the pressure of life too much, people should learn appropriate to relax themselves, but some people can't do this, In fact, relaxation is very simple,sitting on the chair,turned phrase book, drink a cup of hot coffee,chat with their families, together for outdoor sports and so on, a lot as long as calm mind, we will be able to relax ....

from my search of dictionary, relax means to make loose, to relieve tension or strain. in context of my life relax means when i got back from class (i'm a student),biscuits in my right hand and tv remote in my left hand. it's all me and tv and comfy couch and chipsmore. but for sometime, i want to relax from the world, you know forget all the things around you...that's the time i go vacation.i do believe relaxation exist in this kind of life,only different people have different kind of relaxation.i heard 1 rich man said to me, we work hard making money now so later we can relax. thanks ,cute baby btw ^-^.
