in the point of my view .i think life is everything ,if i have not a good life ,i will have no any energy to work or do other things.i have a boring life at present,i don't want to escape from it .i want to change it .but i think it is difficult.i will try my best to change my situation.because of my boring life made me have no interest of my work.so i feel sad.who can help me ?

I can and i will.
Yeah,everybody has time to be sad,but getting a way to get rid of it is possible,speak out your suffer to your friend,including me,then your feelings will be better;doing some sposts is another way;If still not ease enough,give some tears,tears also can take your sadness away.
