I love all most all vegetables except turnip and that big round yellow thing ,I don't know what is it called. some vegetables are better raw like green peas, cauliflower, cabbage, radish ,carrot , but some you cannot eat raw, like lady's finger and bitter gourd (karela), they should be cooked well only then they give taste. I love pure vegetarian food. specially different types of thali, like gujarati thali, marathi thali, punjabi thali.......with hot puris and chapati's......ummmmmmmm, my mouth is already watering....you made me hungry.....lol.

Yeah..i too like okra/ladies finger. I often steam them and have it.I don't like it stir fried by the way, which most folks do here.
Besides Okra,i like fresh green beans, lettuces, eggplant, spinach leaves(esp with butter),tomatoes, cauli flower, etc. I don't much prefer to have potatoes everyday. Dal/pulse is fine if its fried in heavy oil with lot of India spices,ginger-garlic pastes.

i have met many people who just don't like okra(ladiesfinger) but i think that beans are common favorite or perhaps carrot if you consider it as a vegetable;) as for me i like those ones people generally dont like(the green ones;) )i dont know if there is any vegetable that everyone likes, perhaps there isnt.
