Yes friend. You have said almost everything. You said when you laugh, it takes away all your problems. That's just where it starts working as medicine. That's why even those who are lying on the hospital's bed are always advised to make sure they stay away from worries in order to improve their health. You see friend, whenever we laugh, it brings more joy as well as strengh to the body system. Its good to live a life of laughter. Thanks and have a nice day.

I recently talked to a doctor and she said that to actualize this cliche "laughter is the best medicine", the laughter should be more intense than a normal laugh. I can imagine that as if your body is actually shaking, or you're about to drop from the chair with laughter. She added also that we need to have at least 10-15 rounds of that kind of laughter to actually make it therapeutic. Have a nice laugh everyone!

I can't say it's the best medicine, but it certainly helps a lot. When you feel happy and confident, everything just works fine for some reason. People around you feel the good atmosphere that comes from you, it seems. Well, I don't know, I just think that being happy and positive attracts other positive things to your life. Cheers, my friend. ;)
