How to maintain good relationship?

In order to be successful in life one must maintain good relationship both in professional and personal life. We are all connected well with clients, bankers, vendors, bosses, subordiates and also people inside and outside work place. When I was young once my boss asked me, "Hi, you were not going to lose anything by telling me "GOOD MORNING". Therefore one must greet warmly and genuinely, remembering birthdays, festivals, smiling, being thoughtful and enquiring about their situation of family, health etc being helpful, socializing with them, getting to know their families. You should be honest in your behavior because people are sensitive and know the difference between the genuine and fake. Moreover good relationships are so crucial for success and happiness it should not be a casual effort. Therefore, it is necessary for every individual to invest time in relationships, to add to your success and happiness.

Listening to others, getting to know them well and taking real interest in their activities are very essential for a good relationship. Also appreciating their triumphs develops healthy relationship.

While being concerned about your affairs , be sure that you express your concern to your friend as well. This is sure to have a magical effect on maintaining good relationships and keeping those ones smoother for long.

TRUST is something we all must have to maintain a good relationship with anyone. They say that you can only give trust once that person earned it from you..well, for me trust should be there in your heart initially because no matter how truthful a person may be, it will not instill if you don't have trust in your heart for anyone..
