How Does It Make You Feel When People Add You to Lists?

Have you ever gotten those forwarded emails where people have added you to a list and you see everyone's email addresses in plain view? Does that make you upset or is it just something you learn to deal with?
I think if someone is going to send me an email along with hundreds of their friends, the least they can do is copy and paste the email and use blind carbon copy.
How about you? Is this a problem for you too?

I hate those type of emails as all they usually are is a form of spam. I wish that people would think before sending these or at the very least us the BCC feature of their email program rather than just the CC feature.
Most of these are chain letters of some sort. Some are just frivolous while others include valuable information. When I was first involved in internet marketing several years ago I thought that this was a good way to market by collecting those email addresses and using them. One learns fast what equals spam in this business.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this occurrence.

Yes I agree, and also what people don't realize is that some of these e-mails were created with the idea of people sending them to all their friends and they get referral commissions every time they're sent. So I did come up with a solution. I also tried adding all the emails to my first attempt at setting up an autoresponder and almost murdered my chances for marketing to anyone. But guess what?
I found that on the ones where they say, "I want this back," If you just copy all the e-mails and add to it friends on your own contact list and paste them into a new e-mail and send the forward again, using blind carbon copy, you can simply add a link to your opportunity at the top and bottom and people will sign up. There are a lot of newbies who come online every day and they will forward the same email hundreds of times, and your links will go right along with them.
Find a really good one and use it this way and you'll see it really works.

Lists don't make a big difference to me. I have a good spam system and if I begin to get some things that are off the mark for me I just mark one as such and they are all taken care of. It is nice to be included when sometimes I find things that will add to my life.
Agreed they should blind copy the bulk of the addresses. In this day and age that is just wise to try to out maneuver the bad guys.
If you know these people, strike up a conversation and they should at least blind copy your address in the future.
