i have really wondered if guys should shave anything besides there chin and mustache. i shave my sideburns sometimes, but nothing else... i naturally do not have a lot of hair. almost none on my chest, very little under the arms. THough i do have a lot on my legs but i don't think i would ever shave those, unless i was a swimmer or something.

I personally love a hairy chest, it looks so manly!
I would never ask my husband to shave it, because I think it is so sexy.
Although, if he had back hair, which he don't, I would ask him to wax!
I love a hairy chest though, and legs are no problem for me.
Men are supposed to have hairy legs.
Hell, if a man is a little hairy, in my personal preference, it is quite sexy.
A man without hair on his chest is not a man, he is just a little boy.

thanks! haha are you calling me a boy??? just kidding. but why is chest hair appealing and back hair not? whats the difference? i mean i have neither but i was just wondering... i figured most women wouldn't want either of them.

It depends on how hairy you are naturally. The face is a given and I think the chest should be shaved, at least that's my preference. And as for things like back hair, I know it hurts but I think waxing is a good option as I bet that would be hard to reach to shave.

it really depends on the person. i mean do what you like not what others like. i personally would rather see a guy trimmed well in well personal spots. my husband calls it temperature control lol. depending on the guy some look better with facial hair so it really is personal choice. i did have friends in high school that were on the swim team that shaved there legs they hated it but it gave them better times. i have had other guys i know shave chest , arms , all kinds of things just cause it was what they liked. just keep in mind if you shave a part that the hair will come back in thicker and faster and longer moist of the time.

A man should never shave anything below their neck. One thing that separates men from women is body hair. Women on the other hand need to shave everything other than their head.

Think about it this way, "to each his own." Everyone has their own preference. If your significant other prefers smooth chest guys, or hairy guys, then you can only actually fix one thing. If you're a hairy guy then you can shave, or if you're a smooth guy your SOL. It's not right or wrong to do one or the other. I mean there are a lot of people who barely have any body hair, lucky them some would say. I have seen some guys that look like a werewolf, my friends and family usually point and laugh at the beach. So it would kind of depend on how body conscience you were and what you preferences were.

If the hair on the armpits thicken, I think guys need to shave 'there' as well.
