completing offers with yes/no selector

I have been doing quite a bit with these GPT sites and I recently heard that you can get a yes/no selector that automatically selects for you when doing these offers. On some of them you really have to select alot so I thought it would be cool go get this if it is true that there is one. Does anyone know? If so can you tell me where to get it. I hope I have made it clear what I mean (it automatically selects no for you so you dont have to go thru and manually do it). Thanks
