i have yet to have a disscussion with over 4 responses...

i have a good ammount of discussions, but every single one of them have less than 4 responses! i think some of them are pretty good topics, i was just wondering if someone can give some tips about how to get more responses.. does creating a discussion under an interest have anything to do with it?

Its so unpredictable on this site, dont worry too much, they will get discovered one day...I have been here for 7 months and only in the last week I have been getting response numbers, before that I was pushing to get a couple..

it is so true, i thought man i think some of these are good discussions but i have only a few responses. Now it seems they are starting to come. what is the number in parenthesis by your name for?

actually this discussion doesn't apply to me any more but all of the discussions i do have do have low number of responses. The highest one i have is with 7 responses. seems people like to talk about something that is funny and violent!

No I think you just have to start a discussion that is going to grab peoples interest, maybe something controversial, a good story, and I think it depends who is on line at the time you post it, it is not easy starting a topic that gets up there at the top I have only been up there once for just a short time, good luck anyway....

thats the usual thing for new users. i saw your profile and it says, became member 7 days ago. when i started i usually get only one response, and after a few months the maximum i can get is 10, but now its growing. like yours, this is the forth response to this discussion as of the time im writing this. add more friend so more people will notice your new topic and to attract more users to respond to your discussion. dont worry sooner you'll get more. just keep on posting. :-)
