Issues about paypal...HELP pls....

There are lots of opportunities in the internet that pays thru paypal, the problem is, paypla'l features are limited.. like me, im from the philippines, i like to join a certain program to earn money BUT they pay participants thru paypal and yet our country cant receive payments by paypal.. is there anyway i can join a program using paypal then convert it to other means that i can receive payments?? For those who have a lots of knowledge about paypal and how can others receive payments thru it considering the limited features it offers, PLS HELP ME!!!!!!

I have asked the Paypal this question by E-mail. And they told me that I could receive the money by check with not very high fee. I don't know whether this will also work to you but at least ou can try to find the solution by contacting Paypal service directly by E-mail.
