Planning a Bachelorette Party!!!

...for a girl that isn't interested in naked men dancing, drinking more than a couple of cocktails, and that wants her mother to be there (albeit, her AWESOME mother). I'm planning on having this thing about a week before the wedding, and since there is a concert here that night, I think I want the group to go to that... Any other ideas to give a great girl that WANTS to stay sane an awesome sendoff into her marriage? Please help!
