I've tried all those Internet 'Get Rich' schemes and they really don't work.
I'm doing Forex trading and thet makes money but its very up and down.
Property sounds a sure way to make money. I own my property and am thinking of investing in properties, but should I buy to let, renovate to sell or buy abroad for rent?
Who out there has experience in this market?

This is really subjective. Each country and town that we live in have different demands for housing.
How is it to say that it would be a good buy for where you come from as compared to where I am living?
Rental could be good for my area, but may not be necessary so for where you are.
Mabbe you should let people know roughly where you intend to put your money for the properties then let those who did similar investments in your area be able to advise you better.
All the best in your ventures!

I've go for some study before the bubble burst in asia some years ago. It will be a nice idea invest in properties. I have some suggestions for you to consider.
CONSERVATIVE INVESTMENT - Consider both buy to let, renovate to sell and buy abroad for rent. You won't earn a big sum in a short time. but, almost no change of loosing.
GET RICH FAST - Treat it as other commodities like stock and FOREX. Take advantage of the lever principle "high risk is also involved".
Take your own evaluation and good luck!
