What kind of exercise is the most effective to lose weight? If you have tried any, how long does it take to see the results?

hmmm, i dont know if this is true, but i have read a book concerning weight loss and it was said that engaging in moderate intensity exercise was better, since this would allow lipolysis to happen ( a process in the body that uses fat deposits as energy in activites that the body performs). Because engaging in high intensity workouts uses the glucose in the body for faster fuel, the fats are left behind and are still left deposited.
It was also mentioned that moderate intensity exercises include; jogging, brisk walking, sprinting, biking in a light pace or anything that can increase your oxygen intake, and not increasing it to a point that your puffing already. And it was also mentioned that, you should do these exercises in an empty stomach. And of course input of food is very important too, you should reduce the intake of sugar, and fatty foods.
Im not sure dude if all that was true, i havnt tried it anyway. =)

A mixture of cardio and strengh-training will get the best and fastest results. For cardio, I think walking is one of the best because everyone can do it. Swimming is also a great full-body workout. Strength training builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat does, so the more muscle you have the more pounds of fat you will lose from doing cardio.
