That depends on your view point. firstly i wouldn't tag them as branded and assembled i would call them as self assembled and company or factory assembled. cause at the end of the day you also buy branded parts to make up your computer the only thing is you mix and match brands according to your choice of quality and price. in a company assembled PC they have researched and checked out which are the best components that function together to give out best performance. I am not saying that self assembled are not gud they are also good its just that these parts are bought at a whole sale rate and hence come cheaper. but you need to be experienced enough to know which product will perform better with which and plus you need to maintain separate warranty periods for the different products.(in self assembled) i feel they are both good in their own place both have +ves and negatives. and the best positive in the self assembled Pc is it could fall cheaper but to counterfeit that the negative could be that the rate of the individual components could fluctuate during the same day depending on the demand of the component. So all you need to do is make the best of the good opportunities and be wise.
