for those of you who have responded to my 2 discussions on my sister's niece by marriage who had been diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer,I thank you so much. Unfortunately when i had went online this morning, there was an email from my sister letting me know Kelly had passed away early this morning. She was surrounded by family and friends and the only consolation is she is no longer suffering.I cannot imagine the pain her parents are going through. It's so unfair.I thought this pic was so appropriate. It 's of a person being carried to heaven after death. It's hard to see cause it's so small but i just thought it was so perfect.

Jerseygirl, I am so sorry to here about your sister's neice..I know too well the suffering and pain that her parents are experiencing....and I can empathize with them ane their entire family... It is true that she is no longer suffering. I do not want to sound insensitive but they got a chance to say "good-bye" to her and that will mean alot to them later...of curse, the overwhelming grief will last for an undetermined amount of time...as I know too well my self. Thinking of you often, my dear friend

First of all, sorry I'm late in responding to this....I want to say how sorry I am to hear about your sister's neice. I'm glad though that she was at least surrounded by her various friends and family and is no longer in pain. My condolances--and yes, that was a very appropriate picture to have

I’m sorry to hear this- But you are right- she is in a better place and not suffering anymore- I remember you saying it was pretty painful- so that is one good thing- It will be very hard on her parents and family- but they have to remember and they will soon that she isn’t suffering anymore- and now she is their guardian angel- Again I’m sorry to hear about this-

I spread my condolence to you and her family. Atleast now she is not suffering, and she is happy i think so. But the feeling of a loveone passing away, i can't take it, so i feel bad about it. I hope she is happy somewhere.

That news just hurts my heart. I cannot fathom the pain her family is feeling. But I know Kelly is in no pain and she is being held in God's arms. That may not be comfort to her family now, but Kelly is better off than all of us. She will finally get the care she deserves.

I feel so bad for her parents. to have a child go before you,how awful. She is no longer sufffering and that's good. She wasn't the only suffering though, her family suffered watching her slowly die now it's over and they can begin the healing process.thanks so much for your support and prayers
