Is human born good,bad or neutral?

I was always told, children are born knowing bad and we must teach them good. They don't believe what they are doing is bad and you must teach them right from wrong. Ever hear of anyone complaining their child doesn't behave badly?

i dont know ....sometimes i think that people born neutral sometimes i think that they were born in slightly the way what they are at present and i dont think that a person is completely good or bad,people are rather very complicated creature having a mixture of good,bad and ugly;) ...it's quite true that the experiences ,teaching ,family background do make our personality.
