Dollar value-Is it making you sad or happy?

The value of dollar is decreasing these days.Is that worrying you or making happy.I have heard that people from the I.T companies and BPO companies and other companies which made deals in dollars are facing problem regarding this.But Some other currencies value are increasing due to this.So how is your situation on this issue.

Yes. This is an issue now the IT Companies and their employees are having their pay hikes very less nowadays because of this. The reasons the companies state is the reduction of the Dollar value and so the profit made the companies are so less and so the pay hike is very less.

Well the depreciation in Dollar is because of the slump in the Economy of USA. Added to it there is a marked difference in the emerging economies of leading countries of the world. IT Companies and BPO companies do their outsourcing to USA and obviously this would have an impact on the operating cost.
