How do you understand your teenage daughters world?

Hi, i was wanting to know how would you know what your teenage daughter maybe under going, what their world is like? As they are into their teens, they rarely talk , making us parents wonder if all is well. We do try our level best to have all kinds of talks with them, yet there is less communication from their side. Any suggestions.

My sixteen year old step daughter is growing up tio fast and she is having a real hard time adjusting to becoming a women. All I can suggest is try staying open minded and make sure the lines of commincation with your daughter is good. You lose commincation you have lost control. Stay involved in your childs daily activities. Know where she is going who she is with and what she is doing with her time. Good luck.

Maybe family night and or play board games with her.does she like sports or outdoor activities. go somewhere special together for a weekend.tey getting closer with her.meet her freinds invite them maybe.hope that helps im a stuggling mom as well.

We should always emphasized to our children the moral values, bible principles and of course the importance of Fear with God. They should be with us in attending to our bible meetings. We should also know their companions and befriend them. Let us not be too strict with them. By that they will not be hesitant to talk any matter with us parents. If sometime they feel to be alone, or rarely talk, give them time and space and then make your first move, ask if he/she wants to go shopping with you. For sure, they like go shopping.
